Please see the size chart in our photos. Perfect for all family members. The adult shirts are unisex. Youth and Toddler shirts are typically true to size :) We use Bella Canvas brand t-shirts!
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select shirt color
2. Select shirt size
3. Add personalization in box
4. Click "add to cart" and then return to the listing to add next shirt etc.
5. Add any other details in the comments box at checkout
**We print on Bella Canvas for Adult/Youth Tees, and Rabbit Skins for Toddler/Infant Tees. If you prefer a different brand or style, feel free to reach out with questions 😃
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ FULLY
-All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. We do not except returns unless items are somehow damaged and it is our error. This is because our shirts are custom made and cannot be resold.
-We use Bella Canvas brand tees unless you prefer an upgraded brand :) Please reach out if you prefer a different option!
-A little confused? Don't be afraid to ask! We would rather you received exactly what you envisioned, than you be worried that you are asking too many questions :)
-Please note that some colors may vary a bit from one size group to another due to the tri-blend being different for each shirt. Sharing as a courtesy, however most will not notice a difference :)

Most Items will ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping transit times are typically 3-5 business days depending on your location.
We offer multiple shipping methods which can be chosen at checkout.
Canadian Customers - Additional Tariffs and Duties may apply to all Canadian Shipments. Receiving customer will be responsible for payment of any tariffs and duties.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please call or email with any questions you may have before placing an order. We understand these orders are gifts and you have a deadline. Please know we begin producing your order immediately after your order is placed. Please understand when your order is submitted we will be unable to cancel or change it. Please make sure to check spelling, dates, names, titles, etc. carefully, they will be printed exactly as you submit them. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 3 business days of delivery date.
Please note - Personalized gifts may not be returned for buyers remorse. Our personalization techniques are permanent and returned merchandise cannot be resold.
Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RA NUMBER before returning. Schmidt's Tees will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. Schmidt's Tees will pay to ship authorized replacements when approved by our Returns Department. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate rush-shipping charges.
If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages please follow the instructions below:
Was the shipping container damaged? If so, you will need to keep the original shipping container for a possible claim to be made with the shipper.
Email: support@schmidtstees.com and include in the subject line "RETURNS - ORDER #"
Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly, as Schmidt's Tees is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.
You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, Schmidt's Tees cannot be responsible to merchandise lost in transit.
